
![]() We started to look at Rome today. Students will use our Greece/Rome chart to see the similarities between these two powerful, ancient civilizations. I want students to understand that civilizations follow similar patterns concerning geography, government, economics and war/expansion. We will take a very abbreviated look at Roman civilization and then use the idea of "enduring impacts", the state standard, to see home Rome, Greece, Egypt, China and India directly influence the modern world
