Look who tweeted about our online wikibook.  Yes Ashton Kutcher twitted it out.  That was cool to see.

Today, we skyped to LA and did an interview with Alan November.  It was hosted by Intel and Ashton Kutchers Production company: Katalyst Films.   It should be posted onto Youtube in the next 48 hours.  The live stream was watched by lots of people and tons of twitter messages about the event.  People were really excited about the online book.  Mr. P and I were very proud of the work students over the years have put into the book and are excited for you all to get building.  I will post the interview on this blog when it is live again.

Also want to thank the parents and students who were involved in the interview.  You were awesome.

Our little middle school has been in the news a little bit the last few week.  My eighth period was filmed twice (NPR STORY and PBS TV show) Clips of these stories are below the image.   Our online textbook was also mentioned in New York City at the TEDxNYED Conference, by Alan November.  He is an international educational technology speaker.  The following is an image from his presentation in New York City March 5, 2011.
