As you are roaming around the city-state looking and listening to everything        that is going on, you overhear someone say that the government is going to             make a decision, (You create something that they are voting on).  You follow a         group of people to the town square to watch what happens.  Describe how the         government makes its decision.  Do the people agree or disagree with what is         happening?  Do people give their opinions about what decision should be                 made?

3. Compare your city-state's government with the Representative Democracy of      the United States of America.
