b.  Name one enduring impact of ancient Greek architecture AND tell me why it is an enduring impact.  In other words, how do we see this enduring impact in the modern  world (provide an image to help show this)?   You should identify and explain these ideas:

f.  Like all societies, Greece held religious beliefs about the world.  Spend some time exploring ancient Greek religion.  Explain the ideas in their religion and pick one G-d to discuss as an example.  

g.  Go to this  list of words  that are from Greece.  Look over the list and pick out five words you hear used in society today.   What does this tell use about the Greek Language?

4. Blog:

 As you wander around your city-state, you are amazed by the huge buildings, beautiful statues, amazing inventions and the people.  

Take your answer from # 9 above ( Write a short summary of how Greece impacts our life today?)  and paste it into your blog.  Then complete the following.

Your job it to create one  Voki.  It should contain the following information:  SEE THIS TUTORIAL BELOW 
    *You must complete your Voki in one session, unless you create an account!

A. Your first name and the school you attend      
B.  Define the term: enduring impact in your own words.  

C.  Explain 3 way Greece had an enduring impact of Western Civilization.  
D.  Screen Shot your published Voki and put in your blog, then make it a link to the live Voki online.   


Then find three or more  pictures from the modern world (make a free collage of your images).  Make them into a thinglink and embed them in your blog post.    YOU may use ONE sculpture of a famous Greek person.  

Each thinglink must have: 
A.  Named with (BMS or DMS) in the title.
B.  One Icon:  Photo credits (if you took the photo,  please just first name.  If from web provide a link)
C.  At least  three details about how  Greeks influence can be seen in each image.
