Leadership is when you make a difference in someone it doesn't have to be a big thing, but a difference none the less. It can be helping guide them in the right direction or helping them with something

Leaders are the people who make a change in the world or in someone's life. It doesn't matter if they know it or not, or if the change is big or small. They're leaders if they make a difference.

Leadership is when you take control of a situation and keep it organized. Organization is important if you are leading a group of people. Leaders have to be courageous, and know what to do if something happens.
